Conditions of Guarantee: The National Lawn & Garden Show offers a money back guarantee to first time Lawn & Garden Appointment Division Exhibitors who are not satisfied with the NLGS Appointment Division format. If you are not satisfied, your basic registration fee less the $1000 deposit will be refunded. Fees associated with optional activities are not refundable.

We ask that you do not take advantage of this guarantee if you found the format to be productive and plan to participate in the future. Last minute cancellations and sales volumes are not considered legitimate reasons to request a refund as we cannot control Buyer acceptance level of your products.

If you have a legitimate reason to exercise this option, let us know what it was you were dissatisfied with and what we can do to better accommodate you when you are again eligible to participate. (3 years).

This Application for Refund must be submitted and acknowledged by the NLGS staff before 12:00 p.m. on the first day of the event. No refund applications will be accepted after 12:00 p.m. on the first day of the event, thus no refunds will be honored after this deadline.
