You will need to make your airfare arrangements to arrive at the Hotel no later than 1:00 pm on Monday, June 14, 2010. We strongly urge you fly into Colorado Springs, as flying into Denver and driving from Denver will be costly (car rental, fuel, etc.) and time consuming, often with significant traffic delays in Denver taking up to 2 hrs. to arrive on-site. You can fly into Denver and connect to Colorado Springs. The hotel is 10 minutes from the Colorado Springs airport. Complimentary shuttle service is provided by the hotel.

Driving Directions:
If traveling northbound on Interstate 25, take exit 138 at the bottom of the ramp make a right , you will see the hotel on the left about 50 yards.

Check-in & P.O.P/Prototype Set-up:
Check-in and POP/Prototype Display set-up will start at 10:00 am and end at 4:00 pm on Monday, June 14th. POP & Prototype set up must be completed by 4:00 pm, as buyers will have access to preview the POP area and evaluate the Prototype area. No exceptions please!
Opening Reception:
Please note that all participants are expected to be at the Hotel on Monday, June 14th, at 6:00 PM for Dinner Reception and Orientation Meeting.
