Conditions of Guarantee: National Lawn & Garden Show offers a money-back guarantee to first-time companies who are not satisfied with the appointment format. You must attend to be considered for the satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, your basic registration fee less $1,000 will be refunded. Fees associated with optional activities are not. refundable.

We ask that you do not take advantage of this guarantee if you found the format to be productive and plan to participate in the future. Last-minute buyer cancellations and 'failure to sell' are not considered legitimate reasons to request a refund as we cannot control buyer acceptance level of your products. Our sole function is to put your company in front of qualified buyers.

If you have a legitimate reason to exercise this option, let us know what it was you were dissatisfied with, and what we can do to better accommodate you when you are again eligible to participate in a CMC sponsored event. Companies submitting this form cannot participate in a CMC sponsored event for 3 years.

This Application for Refund must be submitted and acknowledged by show management before 12:00 pm on the first day of the event. No refund applications will be accepted after 12:00 pm on the first day of the event; therefore, no refunds will be honored after this deadline. You will be escorted off the floor at the time of request and no further appointments will be granted.
