ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE INFORMATION
Vendors will need to make your airfare arrangements to arrive at the hotel no later than 1:00 PM on Monday, (Buyers may arrive as late as 3PM) June 10, 2013.  Your appointments could last until 11:30 AM on Thursday, June 13th, so please book your return flight accordingly. You may schedule your return flight anytime after 1:00 PM, Thursday, June 13th.  Appointments will run June 11th – 13th for all NLGS buyers and vendors.

Check-in & P.O.P & Prototype Set-up:
Check-in and POP/Prototype Display set-up will start at 10:00 AM and end at 4:00 PM on Monday, June 10th.  POP & Prototype set up must be completed by 4:00 PM, as buyers will have access to preview the POP area and evaluate the Prototype area.  No exceptions please!

There are several events taking place in our timeframe at the Rosemont Convention Center so rooms will be scarce, please reserve early.

Complimentary Hotel Shuttle Service to/from O’Hare Airport:  
The hotel is 10 minutes from O’Hare airport. The Crowne Plaza O'Hare provides a 24 hour complimentary airport shuttle to and from O’Hare International Airport. Crowne Plaza’s pickup location for domestic travelers in O'Hare is at Door 2 of the Shuttle Bus Center. International travelers please use the courtesy phones in the baggage area to contact the hotel to schedule a pick-up. From Midway Airport use rental car or book with private limo or cab as no complimentary service is available.

Driving Directions:
From O’Hare Airport. Head East on I-190, for 2 miles to River Road. Turn right on River Road and proceed down to 5440 N. River Road, directly across from the convention center.
From the East (Chicago). Take I90 West to 190 (O’Hare exit) continue 15 miles to River Road exit. Turn right on River Road and proceed to 5440 N. River Road directly across from the convention center.
From the West (Rockford). Take I90 East to Chicago. Exit on Cumberland Road North. Go right on Cumberland, 2 blocks to 1st light (Higgins/Rt.72). Go left on Higgins and proceed 1 mile to River Road. Go left on River Road and proceed to 5440 N. River Road directly across from the Convention Center.
From the South (Indiana). Take 294 North (Wisconsin) and follow signs to 190 (O’Hare exit). Take 190 to River Road (1st light). Go right on River Road and proceed to 5440 N. River Road directly across from the Convention Center.
From the North (Wisconsin). Take 294 South to 190 East, follow signs to O’Hare. Pay at toll. Stay in the right lane. Exit Mannheim Road South. Get back on the highway and follow signs to Chicago. Exit River Road South. Turn Right. Hotel is on the right side, approximately 2 blocks down.

Opening Reception:
Please note that all participants are expected to be at the Hotel on Monday, June 10th, at 6:00 PM for Dinner Reception and Orientation Meeting.
