ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE INFORMATION:
Vendors will need to make your airfare arrangements to arrive at the hotel no later than 1:00 PM on Sunday, (Buyers may arrive after 3PM) June 10, 2012. Your appointments could last until as long as 11:30 AM on Wednesday, June 13th, so please book your return flight accordingly. You may schedule your return flight anytime after 1:00 PM, Wednesday, June 13th. Appointments will run June 11th – 13th for all NLGS buyers and vendors. Pet only vendors and buyers will have appointments on June 11th only!

Check-in & P.O.P & Prototype Set-up:
Check-in and POP/Prototype Display set-up will start at 10:00 AM and end at 4:00 PM on Sunday, June 10th.
POP & Prototype set up must be completed by 4:00 PM Sunday June 10th, as buyers will have access to preview the POP area and evaluate the Prototype area. No exceptions please!

Complimentary Hotel Shuttle Service to/from O'Hare Airport:
The hotel is 25 minutes from DFW airport. Cabs are readily available at an approximate cost of $40 each way. We have negotiated a special rate with Super Shuttle.

From DFW Airport: Take the North exit to Hwy. 114 East. Follow Hwy 114 East to I-90 East. Take the Dallas North Tollway North. Go past Hwy 121 and make a right onto Gaylord Parkway, take a right onto Parkwood Blvd, the right onto John q. Hammons Drive.

Opening Reception:
Please note that all participants are expected to be at the Hotel on Sunday, June 10th, at 6:00 PM for the Orientation Meeting and open Dinner Reception.
